Returns Policy

Your satisfaction of us is important, therefore any claims in any of our items particularly due to the following reasons:

  1. broken
  2. wrong item

Must be submitted within 1 weeks after the product has been received and we require a picture of it. In the case of packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. Your submission must be sent to info@thecoder.store

NOT COVERED

This policy does not cover use, misuse, water damage, accidental damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Because we do not accept a return for wrong size/color order, we advise you to double check your order before processing it. Remember the size charts are on the related product page for consultation purposes before buying.

SHIPPING RETURN COST

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

FINAL TRANSACTIONS

All transactions are final after 7 days. No returns, no exchanges.
